Freee Hindu Temples From Tamil Nadu Government

FATE OF THE HINDU TEMPLE ASSETS IN TAMILNADU

Recently, the Officers of the HR & CE department staged an agitation, together with their staff members, some Officers were arrested by the Police.  When Mr.A.Radhakrishnan, the President of the Tamil Nadu Dedicated Temple Volunteers Sabha was enquired about the modus operandi of the HR & CE he said:-

“There are about five lakh acres of patta land according to the present documents owned by the temples.  There are about 55 thousand acres of land under the custody of Mutts and Adheenams; besides, about one lakh acres of land owned by various Trusts, besides, one lakh acre of Promboke land belong to temples. Out of the above properties 60% are under aggression.  Many properties have been sold through forgery, fake and fraudulent methods. If the Officers scrutinized the original documents and appropriate action taken; the Patta(settlement record by Government regarding ownership of the land)  land would be ten lakh acres. Many temple properties have been swindled and many Promboke lands have vanished.

“Throughout Tamil Nadu, about two lakh acres lands which were donated for performing Pooja have not been brought into the Temple account. Though the Regional Dy. Commissioners have power under section 78 to drive out the aggressors with the help of Police and Revenue Authorities about two thousand filed are pending without any action.  About 30 thousand files have not been created which helps the looters to the loot the temple property with the help of the Authorities.

“The Property Registers and other Registers of Tamil Nadu Temples have not been renewed  till date’  If all the properties of the Temples are set right, and properly accounted for and administered a   University with all facilities and free education to all poor Hindu children can be given|”. About one thousand crores of rupees per year are being rolled in corruption. Legal action to redeem the temple properties is less than 1%.

“There should be an open enquiry by a Tribunal pertaining to the temple property, land grab and unlawful expenses from temple accounts..  This is time to register the properties and income etc., of the Officers of the HR & CE in a website. Some Officers are running colleges and the value of some officers’ house is more than a crore.  When there are many dilapidated temples which require immediate renovation, the Authorities roam in luxury cars.  Where from did they get their income? Why not these Officers come forward to stage agitation to redeem the temple properties or reform the administration?

“Those officers who toil honestly to redeem the temple properties are being threatened by some high Authorities.   Why not the HR & CE Authorities look into the grievances of the families who lost their bread earning employee of the Temples without any compensation or retirement benefits after lifelong service in the temple?  Though the Supreme Court ordered to pay Pension to the temple employee, it is these officer officers who stopped it. And, it is undeniable that it is these officers who guide, advice and help the land grabbers and idol thieves”.

Rahul GandhI and Parsees

Open letter to RAGA by a Parsi Gentleman*
Dear Mr. Rahul Gandhi,
I am forced to write this to you, since you have crossed all limits of a gentleman. I do agree that you politicians drag each other into your dirty political mud. But my question is why did you drag in a gentleman who has done this nation proud.

During your recent various visits to Gujarat, I have observed that in each of your rallies you have mentioned this Parsi gentleman’s name. Do you even know what sort of person he is? Have you even thought of the loss which you will have to bear by dragging this Parsi gentleman’s name into your dirty politics? See the grace of this man, that he has not even bothered to react to your constant poking. That is the brand value he has. In each of the rallies you are actually putting fingers into his mouth and waiting in the hope that he will react; but please try to understand that he is above all this.

If we common people can understand this, how come you can’t? This induces me to believe that our PM’s view regarding your IQ is absolutely correct. Every morning you shouted in Gujarat that Modi gave 33,000 crores to that gentleman free of cost. Do you even think before you speak? Please go through the Tata Motors statement regarding your rubbish. I personally feel that Tata Motors Ltd. too should have refrained from issuing a statement with regards to your comments, as the world knows what the Tata legacy is. For a change, even if I assume that the Tata’s were given free land, then there is nothing wrong, after all the Tata Trust does good charity for the society. It is better to give land to Tata’s instead of Robert Vadra as at least the profits generated by Tata companies will be used for charity; whereas we know of the nature of funds in your family.

Today, as we go for the first round of polls, my only request is please show remorse for your statements. We Parsis may be very less in numbers to affect your vote bank but there are many sympathy bearers for us in other communities and they will surely react and affect your results. I know that this will not make a big impact on results as you have people like Mani Shankar Iyer who are sufficient to ensure that you loose. But by taking back this statement, you will atleast get some bonus points. We Parsis consider India as our motherland so how can we think of selling the same. It’s a pitty that you think so lowly (Please contact Mani Iyer for the meaning of low) of a person (Tata) who celebrated this Diwali by donating 1000 crores for Cancer hospitals, whereas you were celebrating Diwali out of India. Hope you will apologise after reading this & prove that you are not a Pappu.
Regards.

I wish we had more of the Parsis who could teach our other greedy minorities as to what minority really means……
It means NOT to be a parasite or a leech on the host country…
It means to give, & NOT to take…
All those who are asking for minority status, then and today, ought to be ashamed of themselves….
You owe a lot to this nation. Pay back, rather than asking from the nation.

STATUTE OF UNITY

Quoting from  a message on Quora by Shri Abijit Kothiwale

My parents’ visit to Statue of Unity and the awesomeness of the project:

My parents being “my parents”, they visited the Statue yesterday i.e. 3 days after inauguration. Mother conveyed this today morning, since you write, you need to know this aspect of the project. I heard and narrating it and hope this gets shared for this is just awesome – the effect on the locals.

The project has been pilloried by “liberals” for waste of money, evil RSS/BJP, Modi, Nehru sidelining, and some reports on locals not getting water but money spent on this project etc. My mother’s observations just present the awesome picture of this project.

Firstly, the statue is awe inspiring, lot said about how it got built, history, material etc. Wide roads have been built to reach there and the entire complex has a feeling of “foreign tourist spot” (mum’s words).

Ticket is Rs. 500 pp and for extra 30 rupees, you can get the bus ride. Bus is modern and air conditioned and you can take it to get around the complex. There is a museum at the bottom , travelators, escalators and a lift that takes you to the viewing gallery which is at chest level of the statue which is 45 floors high. The Sardar Sarovar dam looks tiny from that height.

Everything is “posh”, neat and clean, great toilets etc. They also have a massive food court where food is non stop and great quality. Parents loved the entire trip and experience.

Now comes the awesome part. The entire staff working there is from the surrounding areas which were fairly poor and backward. The business are all run by local people and the complex will grow with more attractions coming on. There are young boys and girls who wear grey uniforms and work as “guides”. These are from the very poor, farmer and tribal families. For the entire project, training centres have been set up to skill these people according to their interest and ability. The guides get 25K if they can speak only Gujarati, 35K if they can speak Hindi and 45K if they can also speak English. This is a Central government run place so they get sarkari jobs. Officers are constantly on the move identifying and training these folks for the different kinds of jobs.

The kids and other locals say we used to simply sit around till this project came around, we have now got jobs and amazing training as well as exposure to city people which has changed our worldview as well as life. Given us tremendous opportunities.

They are extremely happy with this project as it has transformed their lives, love Modi and cannot stop singing praises. My parents’ guide was a young man who narrated all this to them, their bus driver was calling someone on mobile saying “Apply quickly for the job here and don’t forget to bring your driving licence”…lot of opportunities and optimism.

People whose lands were taken for the project have been given alternative lands (cab driver my parents went with was one such) and pucca houses. One person got a land with big sinkhole which the government filled up.

There are two tent cities built on the river bank next to the statue and you can rent tents there. At night, laser shows are conducted which is a fabulous experience.

Finally, like here, you can pre book tickets online and go there so you don’t need to stand in queues. All in all, a first world tourist spot created in record time apart from the greatness of the person being known to people now but also transformed so many local lives.

Well done PM and Gujarat government!!! Negative people can keep cribbing but work is work and quality is quality!!!
