This, however, is provocation enough for MNS supporters to go on a rampage. Mobs take over Mumbai, force people off the road, shut shops and target north Indians (and their taxis). Several people arrested as the first death caused by the agitation is reported from Nashik; a man dies after a stone hits him — ironically — a Maharashtrian.
